We are okay with a flexible schedule, so long as they are traditional "waking hours." Meaning, when you call clients or instructors it needs to be during the hours of 9am-8p. Emails can be answered during hours outside of 9a-8p. Are you available to work approximately 5-10 hours during the week given these parameters? *

We are therefore looking for RESPONSIBLE, PROFESSIONAL, ORGANIZED, and ENGAGING people who can work AUTONOMOUSLY. Do these qualities describe you? Can you give us some examples? *

This role requires written communication to clients and staff via email and text. To illustrate your writing skills, please write 1-2 paragraphs about your favorite ice-cream flavor, and try to convince me that your favorite flavor should be mine too. Do NOT use A.I.! I will be able to tell and you will be immediately disqualified from the job pool. *

This role keeps schedules running smoothly, and communicates promptly with staff and clients, and keep clients happy. To do this we use a variety of platforms including Acuity Scheduling, Slack, calls, texts and emails. We offer a paid training rate of $17 per hour. Once you're trained up pay will increase. The role requires about 2 hours per weekday (Monday - Friday), preferably in the morning. I think this job: *
