We run a premium lifeguard service. Our lifeguards are insured and have a minimum of two years experience. Additionally, we review your pool in advance so we're familiar with the property's features, discuss an emergency action plan, restroom, and party logistics such as furniture placement. After we match you with an available lifeguard, we'll send you a contract confirming all the details.
We cannot work with lifeguards from other companies. If you need more than one lifeguard, we suggest three weeks notice so that we can do our best to find additional lifeguards.
YOUR LIFEGUARD IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A LIFEGUARD CONTRACT.

HOW MUCH NOTICE IN NEEDED?
We require ten days notice for an event. If you need a guard more quickly, send in a request and we'll do our best to book a guard. If we secure a guard with less than 10 days notice, a $50 rush fee will apply.
HOW MANY LIFEGUARDS ARE NEEDED?
One lifeguard is usually sufficient for up to 25 swimmers of varying ability. Our lifeguard coordinator will work with you to finalize the number of lifeguards needed based on your party and pool size.
DO THE LIFEGUARDS CONDUCT GAMES OR SWIMMING LESSONS?
No. Although our lifeguards are highly personable, their sole responsibility is to keep people safe in and around the pool area. If you want a pool party game facilitator, or group lesson instructor, we can offer additional staff highly skilled in these areas.
HOW WILL MY EVENT BE CONFIRMED?
You'll receive a Lifeguard Contract which will confirm the date, time and name of your assigned Lifeguard. The contract also includes a detailed description of homeowner responsibilities, lifeguard responsibilities, as well as our liability waiver.
WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY FOR BAD WEATHER?
You can either reschedule or get a full refund if you have called/texted your lifeguard(s) or lifeguard coordinator BEFORE they have made the trip to your event, and specifically cancel the event due to bad weather. You may reschedule rain days with no penalty. However, if the lifeguard is on his or her way, or arrives having not been reached before they’ve left for your event, we must charge you for a 2-hour minimum shift plus any rush and/or excess travel fee previously agreed.
