Intensive workshops focused on developing and improving a particular stroke or set of related skills. Students may have already been introduced to the skills, but need help improving and refining to build proficiency, efficiency, endurance or power. We guide students through a series of drills that break down all components, and students receive individual feedback. SwimFix® purchases can be redeemed for any of our six workshop offerings.
