We want to give away three free swim lessons to a strong girl or woman in our community.

In honor of Women's History Month we're giving away a 3-pack of private, 30-minute outdoor swim lessons.
You can nominate yourself, or someone you know to win our Inner Strength Contest.
Read below for what we're looking for, rules and requirements.
The winner must be at least 12 years old and a resident of one of the towns we service. Read the full rules at the bottom of this web page.

Inner Strength Contest

Inner strength comes in many forms. Your nominee should exhibit one or several of the qualities listed below:

Fearless, takes risks
Focuses on "doing," not complaining
Open-minded to learning and improving
Resilient...Learns from mistakes and moves on
Helps others around them
Takes time to care for herself
Uses time wisely, prioritizes

​...Do you have a water story? Many people do. If it's relevant, include that too.

Contest Rules

1. Nominations accepted March 1, 2023 - March 31, 2023
2. Nominees must be at least twelve years old by March 1, 2023.
3. One winner will be chosen by April 24, 2023. The winner will be notified by May 1, 2023.
4. Nominations will be reviewed by Lifecycle Aquatics staff, and their decision is final.
5. Nominees must be a resident of one of the following towns in New Jersey:  Bloomfield, Cedar Grove, Clifton, Glen Ridge, Montclair, Verona.
6. The prize is one 3-pack of private 30-minute summer outdoor swim lessons conducted at one of the LifeCycle Aquatics pools. The value of this prize is $175.
7. The prize has no cash value. The prize is only in the form of swim lessons, and cannot be in the form of cash or money.
8. The winner agrees to have their story and photograph publicized by LifeCycle Aquatics via website, press release, and/or email campaign.
9. Lessons must be used during our summer 2023 lesson season.
