Because safety is our top priority, and because we don't want to bother you during the event, we require a pre-event safety walk-through, preferably 5 days before the event. The meeting can be in-person or virtual, and takes about 15 minutes. Our safety expert will review the pool and deck area with the homeowner and discuss such topics as furniture arrangement, optimum spot for the lifeguard, bathroom location, emergency routes, etc. Please check the box below confirming that homeowner will make time for this meeting before the party. *

Do you want to propose a date and time for the safety walk-through? *

Our policy is that guardians who can swim must be within arm's distance of any inexperienced swimmers, regardless if the inexperienced person is wearing a flotation device. Flotation devices are not a guarantee of safety, and guardians are the first line of defense to prevent accidents. Lifeguards are watching an entire pool and vicinity, and cannot focus on only one child or person. Please check below that you understand our policy, and that the guard, if necessary, will inform guests of this policy. *

Diving (head-first entries) is strictly prohibited during the party, whether from the side of the pool or from a diving board. Furthermore, diving board use of any kind is strictly prohibited during the party. Please confirm your understanding and agreement to this policy. *

After we receive this lifeguard request we will email or call you to confirm if we have found an available lifeguard for your event. If you want to move forward then we will send over a contract which you will need to sign. In this agreement the Homeowner understands agrees, and acknowledge that there are risks inherent in pool parties and sports activities, including swimming, and including any event with a lifeguard supplied by LifeCycle Aquatics, LLC. These risks include, but are not limited to, paralyzing injuries, brain injuries and death. These activities may be of a hazardous nature and/or may include activities such as swimming, diving, a variety of strenuous exercise and physical activities. I understand and agree to signing this. *
