Our innovative physical distance swim lessons allow us to safely teach water safety and swimming to unvaccinated students/guardians by combining teacher-led instruction, CDC distancing protocols and guardian participation.
Group classes are available only to people who are physical-distancing together. We have no public group swim lessons.
New Jersey has published guidelines for outdoor pools and LifeCycle Swimming is following these protocols. For more information from the state of New Jersey about Covid-19 and swimming, click here. According to the CDC: "There is no evidence that Covid-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools or hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance and disinfection (e.g. chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes Covid-19."
During these unprecedented times, a pool can become a critical summer refuge, and can also help add structure to the day. Let us continue your family's water safety education to promote safe, fun and relaxation this summer. Lessons can be held in our pool, or in your backyard pool.
